Your role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the Mining Technology department, but in your role, you will also plan, coordinate, and support the entire staff for Strategy and Technology.
The role is broad and varied, and you are an important link in keeping the work together and creating structure in an organization with many contact points. You will be responsible for planning and organizing meetings and larger events, documenting decisions, and following up on actions. By disseminating information and following up on finances, time, and functions, you contribute to structuring and streamlining operations.
The role also includes practical and administrative tasks, such as orders, support for managers and employees, and handling important documents. You will update routines and information in the operational system and be involved in developing and implementing the department's management structure.
In addition, you will work with strategic documents such as operational plans and budgets, and you will contribute to a safe and well-functioning work environment, among other things by supporting the onboarding of new employees. As part of the management team, you play a central role in creating clear and effective structures for governance and management.

In addition, you need to have:
- Post-secondary education in a relevant field, or experience that the employer deems equivalent.
- Experience in administrative work and improvement work.
- Good digital competence and experience working with Microsoft Office.
- Very good ability to express yourself in both Swedish and English, in speech and writing.
- Driver's license (B) (requirement for all positions at LKAB).
